Our return policy
- You have 14 days to return an order after you receive it.
- If you change your mind, or if the product you received does not live up to your expectations, you can contact us before returning the product.
- Unless otherwise agreed with us, you are responsible for the return cost.
- Please note that exceptions may apply to specially made products, hygiene products and other products.

Instructions for returning products
- If you want to return a product, email us with your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which products the return applies.
- Send the product that you want to return within 14 days from the time you contacted us.
- You are responsible for any damage caused to the products during shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original packaging.
- Please send us a tracking number for the return if you can.
- If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark the package with "RETURNED PRODUCTS" to avoid customs duties. We are not responsible for any customs duties on the shipment.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method as you first made the purchase.
- If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the decrease in value from the refund amount.
